We have made the decision to no longer accept new customers requests for external window cleaning by traditional method (except bungalows). This is mainly a safety issue. Even very experienced ladder workers occasionally can have a laps of concentration. Unfortunately we have seen this happen to a friend recently & ended up being very painful (thankfully not life threatening). For safety, the reach & wash cleaning system (pole) if far superior. We honestly believe it cleans frames better than traditional methods. We have invested a lot into the equipment to carry out this work safely. We hope our customers understand our reasons & are willing to give the pole system a chance. When done properly the pole system does not leave streaks & cleans windows just as well as the traditional method.
